I used to attempt at giving myself my own perm when I was younger... So sorry I don't have any pictures to prove it. But as an adult and when my hair was longer I used to sleep in foam curlers just like these. I wish I had products like these before to help nourish my hair while I slept with the curlers and this flexible hair spray for after running my fingers through to give it a natural look. Maybe I'll do this soon again and post a picture.
